Found in kits
Medicated sutures can be found in Advanced First Aid Kits and Combat Medical Kits. On some stations, the Chief Medical Officer starts with a Combat Medical Kit in their office and, on Oasis, the Warden's office has an Advanced First Aid Kit.
Crafting
10 medicated sutures can be made in a microwave by cooking a bruise pack, cloth, a poppy, and a container with 20u of cryptobiolin and 20u of tranexamic acid for 10 seconds.
