Creating Silk
All Arachnids spawn with the action to create silk <picture>. Creating one silk takes a few seconds and costs a small amount of hunger, with a player being able to make roughly 25 silk from a full stomach before needing to eat again.
Also, the aggressive space Tarantulas that randomly spawn from vents will cover areas in a sticky web, and breaking that web will produce silk which can be picked up. However, only Arachnid characters can use silk for crafting recipes.
