Reagent Grinder

The Reagent Grinder is a powered device that can break down select items into their contained chemicals by Grinding, and can turn items into a specific liquid by Juicing.

Usage

When the device is anchored and power supplied, a liquid storage container such as a beaker, mug, glass, bar shaker or pitcher can be inserted. This is where the liquified items end up. Next, put in your grindable and/or juicable items into the chamber. The grinder can hold up to six items. Once your items are loaded, click on Grind or Juice to liquify your items. If you want to remove an item without liquifying it, simply clicking on the item in the chamber will eject it.

Auto Mode has three settings: Off, Grind, and Juice. The Grind and Juice settings will automatically grind/juice the contents of the chamber when six items are loaded.

Makeshift Mortar and Pestle

The Makeshift Mortar and Pestle is a craftable alternative to the Reagent Grinder, requiring Wood x5 and a Slicing Tool such as a knife to create. It is a portable item that can grind objects, can be carried in a backpack, and does not require power to use. However, each item must be ground one at a time, requiring 5 uninterrupted seconds to complete. The Mortar and Pestle also has a max liquid storage capacity of 20u, and any excess liquid will be spilled onto the floor.

Makeshift Juicer

The Makeshift Juicer is a craftable alternative to the Reagent Grinder, requiring Wood x4, Plastic x2 and a Slicing Tool such as a knife to create. It is a portable item that can juice objects, can be carried in a backpack, and does not require power to use. However, each item must be juiced one at a time, requiring 5 uninterrupted seconds to complete. The Makeshift Juicer also has a max liquid storage capacity of 20u, and any excess liquid will be spilled onto the floor.
