Gauze is a basic topical that heals Template:Slash and Template:Piercing damage and treats the bleeding status, but does not directly heal Template:Bleeding damage. It is a superior option to Bruise Packs in treating pierce or slash damage.

Can be found in medical supply lockers, in Medvends and as standard issue in medical belts.
