CE guide
I'd like to make a guide for chief engineers that helps with decision-making for what power sources to set up. Engineering pages rework
aliser (on Discord) suggested I fix the department navbox, at least for engineering, and I need to figure out the wiki structure for that first. Mostly plan to copy the structure of Science.
