CE guide
I'd like to make a guide for chief engineers that helps with decision-making for what power sources to set up. Obviously there are a lot of factors that go into it (which options are even available, stability risks, security risks) so knowing which questions to ask in order would be helpful, at least to me. Also, just knowing where to look on each base to determine what you have would be useful.
Engineering pages rework
aliser (on Discord) suggested I fix the department navbox, at least for engineering, and I need to figure out the wiki structure for that first. Mostly plan to copy the structure of Science.

It'd be nice to know what you can see just from the consoles available in each department.
Organize maps by available engineering functionality
This probably should be a subpage under Engineering rather than adding new columns to the Maps table.

For now, I'm mainly playing as Chkanthe Fvontsq, an Arachnid engineer on the Wizard's Den NA servers. Would be nice to try out some other servers but seems like no admins are ever on to whitelist me.
