Instruments are items that can play music either by direct input (from a MIDI device) or by playing MIDI files. Instruments are mostly for entertainment, typically used to lay down sick beats, though they can also be used in activating artifacts.

There are many instruments, most of which can be found:

• in various instrument crates from Cargo.
• around the station.
• through crafting.
• in the Musician's round start gear.
