Nukeop Armory Strat.
The Nukie Armory Strat
This section covers what to do to counterplay the most famous nukie strat, which is to rush armory.
Section
Given the armory is home to such valuable weapons and gear, it makes quite an amount of sense that any antagonists would want control over it, to destroy it or at least stop crew members from getting there, and no other class is really as affected by the armory than the Nuclear Operatives. Nukies would want full control over the armoury and as such a common strategy when playing Nukie is to simply rush the armory down and take it as quickly as possible. This of course poses problems to crew who typically do not want to die, and will need to arm in order to fight the Syndicate threat. Typical counter-play for crew includes Security holding down the armory, in the form of barricading or strong-holding, or otherwise protecting the weapons and armor therein. Other forms of counter-play involve Nukies declaring war on the station before they arrive, which allows Command Staff to instruct crew to arm up ready to deal with the incoming threat, moving weapons from the Armory into the hands of crew.
