Consolidating Engi department wikis

I'm planning a project to consolidate several of the current engineering role pages into this one, similar to how Science is set up.

Here's pages that I want move into subpages of Engineering, and likely transclude significant sections from:

The basic structure to follow (again, stolen from Science) will be as follows:

Preamble - explains what you do in engineering, names the sub-departments and roles.
Staff - specific roles explained
Responsibilities
- Power generation systems
  - Temporary Power
    - AME
    - Portable generators
  - Containment-based power - singularity and tesla
  - Permanent power - TEG (link to Atmo section), solar panels, & Supermatter Crystal, each should have detail pages
- Atmosphere - distro and waste, fixing spacing and gas leaks, setting up TEG (should have guides linked in separate pages)
- Construction - simple guide
- Telecomms
- Gravity
- Anchor
Equipment
- Tools - a table of starting tools (organized by
- Vending machines
Other departments - what is commonly requested by or from other departments
