Consolidating Engi department wikis

I'm planning a project to consolidate several of the current engineering role pages into this one, similar to how Science is set up. Here's the temp page I'm using for edits - User:KindaNice/Engineering_rework

Here's pages related to Engineering that I want to clearly separate (most to de-duplicate information):

The basic structure to follow (again, stolen from Science) will be as follows, with most :

• Preamble - explains what you do in engineering, names the sub-departments and roles.
• Staff - specific roles briefly explained

    • Permanent power - TEG (link to Atmo section), solar panels, RTGs, & Supermatter Crystal

  • Anchor
• Equipment
  • Tools - a table of starting tools (organized by role)

• Other departments - what is commonly requested by or from other departments
